Here is my first pass at pouring an epoxy inlay into a cutting board. I think that an easy way to make cutting boards will be to buy bulk boards and then add the inlay using epoxy. I thought that I added so much pigment into the epoxy that it would present with a darker color, but I was wrong. The color did turn out just fine.
The Navy logo was included in the Carbide3D Create library. I did need to clean up the vectors a lot before carving. As you can see, I mixed up too much epoxy. After a couple of days, I milled the excess epoxy off of the surface.
